February 2017 was the lowest point of my life. Just months earlier, I was on the verge of announcing the completion of a massive expansion—one that would have skyrocketed our revenue 10x. Then, everything collapsed. Suddenly, I found myself $800,000 in debt, my business on the verge of collapse, and at risk of losing our family home. I felt so alone and like a complete failure.
I had two choices: give up or fight back.
For the next two and a half years, I worked relentlessly to rebuild and battle for survival: for my business and for myself. It was the hardest thing I had ever done—until six months later, when the pandemic shut everything down overnight.. It would take over two years for us to return to normal operation.
But by then, I was built for resilience. I refused to fold. Instead, I doubled down, reinvented my business, and kept moving forward. Three years later, in 2024, I sold the company for seven figures.
I know what it’s like to stand in the fire—to lead through uncertainty, to make impossible decisions, and to wonder if you have what it takes to keep going. I also know what it takes to come out stronger.
